Primesite UK to deliver new homes in Sheffield

Sheffield-based Primesite UK is providing fresh accommodation within the city.

The director of Coda Planning, Adam Murray, is clear that there is an authentic need for extra housing in Sheffield. The Coda Planning consultancy has engaged in partnership working with Primesite UK. Murray told The Star:

“We haven't got an up-to-date local plan, we're not delivering the homes we require and haven't done for years, particularly in the south-west of the city.”

Murray argues that it is time for a review of Sheffield’s Green Belt. For him, engaging in construction on a brownfield site is usually a positive move. This is partly because this type of development reduces the pressure to build on Green Belt space.

A member of the Sheffield Property Association, Coda Planning has the capacity to work with a wide range of stakeholders. The firm believes that enterprises based in the centre of Sheffield should enjoy a competitive advantage over several of their rivals. The transport infrastructure is particularly handy for outfits located in the core of the city.

Scott Hinchliffe is the proprietor of Primesite UK. A family firm, the team tend to acquire locations with an abundance of potential.

Some of the flats under discussion are almost completed. Many of the properties have attracted buyers already. Brochure printing is often used by construction firms to showcase the projects they complete.
