Made in Sheffield is a brand that is associated with manufacturing. The related logo is currently employed by about 250 firms. While the brand might be linked primarily with the engineering and metal sectors, food manufacturing is now part of the economic landscape of South Yorkshire.
The Made in Sheffield Awards event is scheduled to be held towards the end of April. Cutlers Hall shall serve as the venue. Business Cards from Sheffield may be used to facilitate participation in meetings. The panel of judges includes Tony Pedder, William Beckett and Neil MacDonald. MacDonald told Insider Media:
“There are some exceptional things going on with these businesses. The judging session was excellent.”
Beckett explained that he is happy with the variety of the firms which have been selected while Pedder is really optimistic about the upcoming occasion.
Made in Sheffield has a rich heritage behind it. Its history stretches for centuries. However, the awards ceremony will showcase enterprises which are at the cutting edge.
The contenders for the food and drink accolade are Moss Valley Fine Meats, Cafeology Ltd and Binghams Food Ltd. Six individuals have a chance of winning the Apprentice of the Year Award.
