Sheffield is set to host a performance of Italian composer Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons.
In a special evening event that will include Antonio Vivaldi’s renowned concerti along with pieces by composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Sebastian Bach, guests are invited to enjoy a candle-lit musical experience.
The programme will open with Bach’s Violin Concerto in A minor, followed by Vivaldi’s Concerto for 2 violins in A minor and Mozart’s Eine kleine Nachtmusik, also known as Serenade no.13 in G major. Vivaldi’s world famous The Four Seasons will then complete the evening.
Venues hosting musical events can sometimes use professional poster printing services to create eye catching one sheets that advertise upcoming shows to the public.
The tour de force will be performed by London Concertante, a renowned chamber orchestra based here in the UK. Playing more than 100 concerts each year, the ensemble is one of the busiest and most in demand around the country. First founded in 1981, London Concertante has multiple recordings to its credit that have been highly praised by critics.
Vivaldi -The Four Seasons by Candlelight will take place at The Cathedral Church of St Peter and St Paul (Sheffield Cathedral) on Church Street in Sheffield on Saturday November 7. The concert will start at 7.30pm and tickets for the event are priced between £21.08 and £35.08.
