Epic food event heads for Sheffield

A three-day festival dedicated to the finest food and drink in the city and beyond will be held once again in Sheffield this spring.

Food fanatics in “Steel City” will cheer to hear that the Sheffield Food Festival is making a welcome return in May. The 2025 edition is the 10th incarnation of the event to date since it first launched in 2010.

The upcoming occasion will assemble more than 60 vendors serving up an eclectic mix of food and beverages. Traders with a presence at fairs and festivals sometimes call on professional banner printing services to style up their stands, tables and booths with branded signage.

With a “city-first” focus, the festival showcases local companies and growers, and the trend follows on to the entertainment it offers. Those coming down to the event can enjoy a community-led programme featuring a wide range of local entertainment. Emerging musicians from Sheffield will provide a live soundtrack over the three days and an abundance of activities are planned to suit different ages and interests. These include DJ workshops, tastings, craft sessions and much more.

The Sheffield Food Festival 2025 is Swans Events production and will now run from Saturday, May 24 to Monday, May 26 at Peace Gardens. The event is free for all to attend, and the gardens can be found on Pinstone Street in Sheffield.
