'Trigger Happy TV' star to make King's Lynn appearance

Stand-up comedian Dom Joly is embarking on his 'Conspiracy Tourist Tour', which is due to arrive in King's Lynn towards the end of September.

This multi-award-winning master of improv, presenter and travel writer is best known for the successful primetime secret camera show 'Trigger Happy TV'. It reinvigorated an entire genre, selling internationally in 80-plus countries.

Dom has also made 'This is Dom Joly' (BBC Three), 'Dom Joly's Excellent Adventure' (Sky One) and presented 'The Rough Guide to Nicaragua' (Five) as well as the chart hit podcast 'Earworm'. Directing popular music videos also features on his CV.

He has notably written a selection of travel Books. These include 'The Dark Tourist', 'Such Miserable Weather' and 'The Downhill Hiking Club'. To this can be added 'numerous articles for 'The Sunday Times', not to mention 'The Mail On Sunday', amongst others.

2021/22 saw him complete a 56-night tour UK of 'Dom Joly's Holiday Snaps' discussing his comedy travels. In this new show, Dom will be giving a funny insight into the world of conspiracies and is joined on stage by Dr Julian Northcote.
