Sweet offering launches at Docking Market

Kings Lynn local Elaina Pitt has recently started a confectionery business called So Sweet after being obliged to resign as a kitchen assistant due to an injury.

Ms. Pitt broke her ankle over two years before her decision to establish her own enterprise. A succession of operations failed to get things back to normal, so she opted to make her passion for cooking into the basis for a new beginning.

Having been a kitchen assistant at a local school prior to the accident, she had attended the odd market to sell sweets in the past, but now has full-time aspirations. If she wants to network effectively in the future, she could use business card printing in Kings Lynn to boost her entrepreneurial potential.

Ms. Pitt has told the Lynn News:

“All I used to do was fit in the odd Christmas market and summer fête around my work.”

She has already held her first stall in Docking Market, which happens on a weekly basis and takes place within Ripper Memorial Hall. She has Plans to extend her business by attending other markets inside and outside the territory of West Norfolk.

Some of the products sold will be handmade. These may include items like marshmallows, fudge, honeycomb and caramel. However, it should also be possible to purchase genuine Belgian chocolates from the stall.
