It has recently been announced that King’s Lynn Photography Group has created a competition to give the area’s camera wizards the chance to win a unique, personal photography tutorial. The challenge is ‘Capturing King’s Lynn Through A Lens’ and is open to all those interested in photography and access to a camera.
According to Lynn News, the group’s leader, Tracey Robinson, set up the competition to give interested photographers the chance to experience the King’s Lynn Photography Group. She hopes that it will allow them to see the town in a different way – viewing things as they may not have ordinarily noticed.
The aim is to allow all interested photographers to have a go, no matter what type of camera they may have access to; the only rule is that the pictures must have been taken within King’s Lynn.
The winner will receive a one to one three-hour session with Robinson and the runners up will receive a two hour session. Up to two entries per person are allowed, with separate categories for under-17s and adults.
Robinson is also hoping that the competition will attract those who are looking for more than traditional photography. Print companies in King’s Lynn are highly popular, and photographers might go on to see their work used for displays or promotional items in King’s Lynn.Get a Free Quote for Print
