Nobody has to pay to enter the contest and only one entry is permitted per person. The picture can be sent to the organiser by email or submitted to the photography group on a memory stick. The picture should be taken somewhere within the area.
There are different prizes available for the winners. They can choose between a tuition session to boost their skills, or half a year’s membership of the photography group.
If people want to witness the last session of the judging, they will be obliged to pay £2. If they enjoy this occasion, they may wish to join a photography group which is held in the daytime.
Group organiser Tracey Robinson has said:
“This small group has been created for people who can only attend groups on a daytime basis due to having young children attending school, pensioners, disabled people, those wanting to be part of a smaller group or those who want to make new friends with the same interest as themselves.”
Those involved may wish to use full colour printing in King’s Lynn for promotional purposes. The fortnightly sessions are due to be held on Wednesdays. Those hoping to attend must be prepared to pay £2.50 per session, and advanced booking is advised.
