Lynn dancers show off their talents

Dancers from Footlights Performing Arts in the North Lynn area of Kings Lynn will be featured at the Princess Theatre later this month, following notable efforts at the Cromer Dance Festival.

The kids, who impressed the judges so much that they received the senior and junior bursaries, have not stopped rehearsing since.

Pop Factor, which is the next big event for the dancers and has seen them working extra hard, will take place on 25th May at the Princess Theatre, so the group wants to make sure its routine is as smooth as possible.

According to Tina Rodgers, the principal, the dancers are going to be performing to One Direction’s version of One Way Or Another, and they will benefit from the upcoming work with the professionals who will be singing and teaching them the routine.

Pop Factor is described by Lynn News as a celebration of the best in pop music, with a hit soundtrack and a cast that have been to some of the top UK art schools. It is a show where the audience can join in with the singing and dancing.

Footlight’s Performing Arts school has already been to various locations in the country and around the world.

The school, like many organisations of its kind, might benefit from services such as poster printing in King’s Lynn in order to showcase their success further.
