King's Lynn puts its brick in the wall

The UK Pink Floyd Experience is on a 13-date national tour this year, and is due to arrive in King's Lynn in mid-May.

One of the most important and influential rock groups of the modern pop era, this show celebrates Pink Floyd’s 50 years in the business by seeking to recreate that authentic sound and distinctive stage presence.

It features songs from many of their classic albums – the innovative early work, A Saucerful of Secrets, and The Piper At The Gate Of Dawn, as well as the more mature later material, Animals and Wish You Were Here. There are, of course, tracks from the iconic Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall albums. The playlist most notably includes You Crazy Diamond, Comfortably Numb and Another Brick in The Wall.

The group seeks to use the same high-quality lighting and sound systems just as in concerts performed by the original band. Throughout, there are real Floydian image projections displayed on a huge circular shaped screen.

Tickets cost £26 inclusive of a booking fee, and the show has been rearranged from last year due to the pandemic. Printed Letterheads can add a little extra individuality to a forthcoming event.
