The Newcastle comedian's TV work includes regular appearances on BBC One programmes like QI and Channel 4’s Taskmaster, as well as appearing as a regular guest on The Graham Norton Show.

His recent stage performance as Igor, in Mel Brooks’s revival of the West End hit musical Young Frankenstein, at London's famous Garrick Theatre, was met with critical acclaim.

The Daily Telegraph has said of him:

"The wizard haired Geordie remains in full possession of his nimble-witted, slacker-minded improv skills. One of comedy's greatest marvels."
