King's Lynn pays tribute to a country legend

The ‘Johnny Cash Roadshow' is presently on its '20th Anniversary Tour' and is due to arrive in King's Lynn at the end of January.

Critically acclaimed, this Roadshow is now two decades old, and continues to go from strength to strength. According to critics, the show is ‘pacey’, full of energy and constantly developing, and has had one of the longest runs countrywide.

Johnny Cash's classic tracks are brought to life on stage, in the style of Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry, for a single evening's entertainment. Award winner Clive John is widely recognised as a consummate Cash - an artist who honours both the man and his music.

Together with Meghan Thomas – performing as June Carter - and a selection of top-quality musicians all playing authentic instruments, they deliver big hits such as 'I Walk the Line', 'Ring of Fire', ' Man in Black' and 'A Boy Named Sue'. There will also be some darker songs from later recordings, notably 'Hurt'.

The show is a journey through Cash’s career, and events’ organisers promise an enjoyable musical experience.

Tickets cost £28.50 inclusive of a transaction fee. Brochure printing can be effective when it comes to the promotion of a concert or theatrical event.

The Johnny Cash Roadshow has a starting time of 7.30 pm on Friday, 31 January, at Corn Exchange, King's Lynn.
