The West End show ‘You Win Again - Celebrating the Music of the Bee Gees’ is on tour and is due to arrive in Kings Lynn towards the end of January.
The Bee Gees are one of the most popular and influential bands of the last century, whose music spans three decades from the 1960s to the 1990s. This includes writing classic songs that are synonymous with the late 1970s hit films ‘Saturday Night Fever’ and ‘Grease’.
This tribute concert, backed by a video and light show, recreates that distinctive sound on stage and generates an authentic atmosphere in the auditorium. It brings their music to life, not only for committed fans, but also for a much wider and much younger audience.
Those present are taken on a musical odyssey through most of the Gibb brothers' greatest hits. These include tracks such as ‘Night Fever’, ‘Jive Talkin'’, ‘Stayin Alive’, ‘How Deep is Your Love?’, ‘Words’, ‘Tragedy’ and ‘If I Can't Have You’. They also wrote songs for other leading stars, notably ‘Chain Reaction’ for Diana Ross and ‘Islands in the Stream’ for Dolly Parton.
Standard tickets cost £29.50, plus a booking fee. Printing services can be a useful resource when it comes to producing a forthcoming show or musical event.
‘You Win Again’ has a starting time of 7.30pm on Friday 20th January at The Corn Exchange, Kings Lynn.
