Kings Lynn festival gears up for launch

The annual Kings Lynn Festival is ramping up its planning efforts by fitting in a new last-minute performance as part of the wider festival programme that kicks off this weekend.

The festival is a diverse music event covering classical music, jazz, contemporary dance and general family fun. This year's programme has been enhanced by the addition of a talk by Charles Beauclerk, an expert on Shakespeare. Beauclerk stepped in to fill the gap left by Andrew Graham Dixon, who had to move the date of his original talk due to other work commitments. His talk on Caravaggio will now take place on 27th July.

Alison Croose is the chairperson of Kings Lynn Festival. Speaking about the change to the festival’s line up, she said:

"We are glad that many ticket-buyers will be able to attend on the new date which is expected to be a sell-out. He is a very popular speaker and we are pleased he will be part of the festival."

Tickets for the festival are still available and attendees can request a copy of the schedule brochure via the official website. Festivals like this are often publicised using Brochures and programmes that have been created by professional brochure printers.
