King's Lynn catches the Drift

The Drifters are set to embark on a new UK tour and are due to arrive in King's Lynn at the beginning of March.

This long-standing group form, who are 'Rock & Roll Hall of Fame' inductees, have in the past entertained the occupant of the White House, and "Rolling Stone" previously named them as being amongst 'The Greatest Artists of All Time'.

The Drifters have also accumulated a considerable backlist of more than 50 hits. This translates into global singles sales of over 200 million and album sales of over 100 million. The group's line-up has changed numerous times, consisting of a list of more than 60 singers since its formation. Past members have included, most notably, Rudy Lewis and Ben E. King.

The band will be delivering many of their songs spanning from across the decades. Well-known tunes such as 'Saturday Night At The Movies', 'Come On Over To My Place', ' Kissing In The Back Row of The Movies' will no doubt be heard, and they will also take the opportunity to perform some of their latest material.

Tickets cost £28.50 inclusive of £1.50 venue levy. Brochure printing can be a useful resource when it comes to promoting a forthcoming local theatrical or musical event.

The Drifters concert has a starting time 7:30 pm on Saturday, March 5 at The Corn Exchange Theatre King's Lynn.
