Carty, who made a name for himself playing Mark Fowler in the popular BBC television soap Eastenders, has been announced as the big name in this year’s cast for the annual pantomime at Kings Lynn Corn Exchange. Carty will play the villain Abanazaar in the pantomime production of Aladdin. Todd commented on this new role, saying:
“I love to play the villain in a panto. I’ve not done a panto for a couple of years so I’m really looking forward to spending five weeks here. I love pantomimes because they are all good fun and it’s the one time of the year you can throw on a frock and people won’t think anything of it.”
As pantomime season approaches, towns and cities across the UK will be preparing to host their own stage versions of well-loved fairy tales. Rehearsals have already begun for a number of performances and preparation will be under way in terms of producing promotional material like leaflets, Posters and programmes. Many production companies and theatres choose to produce their own material independently using the help of local poster and brochure printers.
Kings Lynn Corn Exchange will host the pantomime from the 7th to the 31st December. Tickets can be bought by calling the box office or by going directly to the theatre’s website.Get a Free Quote for Posters
