Mr. Underhill has suggested that Ms. Mackenzie has got off to a flying start. He has commented positively on her passion. However, she has been open about the initial nervousness she experienced when she went into sales.
Ms. Mackenzie achieved record sales in a period of six months. She has benefited from her previous experience as a receptionist and as a service advisor. Ms. Mackenzie has paid tribute to the training that she has received. In particular, she has stressed the value of the input of her colleagues.
Nevertheless, Ms. Mackenzie has grown in confidence as she has identified her own strengths. She has said that she believes that her natural desire to help others is central to her persuasiveness as a salesperson.
