The Stoney Creek area will be kicking off June with an event that will offer lots of fun and shopping in the sun, and it will welcome any age and interest.
The community of Rockton will be holding its Sunny Day Mega Shopping Event at the Rockton Fairgrounds. This one-day-only activity will be open to all ages, and admission for those aged 12 and up is $3. Anyone younger can enter free of charge, and only cash will be accepted for admission.
The plans for the day include lots of local food trucks. At least 50 artisans and vendors have signed on so far to participate, and the first 25 people to arrive will receive a swag bag. At events like this, swag Bags often contain Promotional Products such as Pens.
To help make the occasion even more exciting, prize draws and a draw for a grand prize basket will be taking place. The activity is a production of KB Events Canada, and it will welcome visitors from 11:00 am, with the gates closing for the night at 5:00 pm.
