Stoney Creek motorcyclists offered way to help local youth
A not-for-profit group that helps Canadian youth at risk will once again be raising money through an event that will give Stoney Creek motorcyclists a way to make a difference while enjoying some time out on the open road.
Liberty for Youth is working on plans for its 10th annual Eagle Ride Motorcycle Event, which will depart from the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. The proceeds will be utilized to help assist young people through scholarships and other programming.
Tickets for the ride are $25, and each participant will be invited to enjoy a three hour ride. Once it’s over, the organizers will crank up the barbecue for a hearty lunch, and everyone will be treated to a tour of the museum. Prizes will be awarded, and there will be plenty of family-friendly entertainment everyone can enjoy.
Marketing a fundraiser like this can be made easier with the help of a printing services company. It can provide everything from route maps to signs and banners. This can help to increase awareness of the cause, which can often be as important as raising funds.
The kickstands for this summer ride will be going up at 8:30am on August 22nd. Those who are interested are encouraged to visit the event’s Facebook listing for the most up to date details.
