The holidays are often a time for shopping, and an event will make sure that pets will be able to get in on the fun alongside their families.
The Ancaster Fairgrounds near Stoney Creek will soon serve as the venue for a pop-up market that caters to pet lovers, and it will be filled with both makers and service providers. Many of the items that will be on display will be hand made, and the not-for-profit section will offer an opportunity to discover the animal welfare organizations that call the community home.
Called the Pet Lovers’ Holiday Market, the function will be open to gift buyers for six hours, and proof of Covid vaccination will be required to enter. Parking is free, and admission for those aged 12 and under is free of charge, while for everyone else, it is $5.00. Sponsorship packages have been created so that area companies can support the activity, and the Logo Design of these sponsors has been added to the event’s marketing materials. There will be at least 30 companies and not for profit groups in attendance.
The Pet Lovers’ Holiday Market will be welcoming attendees and their pets on December 4th from 10 am until 4 pm. The Ancaster Fairgrounds can be found at 630 Trinity Road South in Hamilton.
