Holiday show a good opportunity for local business
The Christmas Made By Hand Show is coming to the Stoney Creek area for two days this December.
More than 150 designers, artists, and crafters will be on hand to sell merchandise such as furniture, paintings, hand-drawn cards, painted paper products, knitted items, and holiday decorations. There is also a cafe that will be selling snacks during both days, a fashion show, and do-it-yourself workshops. Santa will also be on hand to pose for free pictures.
The first 250 people to arrive will receive a swag bag filled with various promotional items from local businesses and from the show's vendors.
The show could offer a good chance for local small businesses and entrepreneurs to make their names known in the area, while visitors may come here to pick up an original, handmade gift.
Sponsors have provided the items for the swag bags. They will include items such as money-saving coupons, brochures, and promotional products such as pens or fridge magnets.
