Gala fundraiser to feature a James Bond theme
The Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation Gala will be taking place in the city this March. It is a fundraiser for the foundation and this year's event will have the theme of ‘For Your Eyes Only’, referring to the title of a James Bond book and movie.
In keeping with the James Bond idea, the evening will include a performance by Sheena Easton, who sang the theme song in the movie. There will also be performances by Sean Jones and the Montreal Rhapsody Orchestra.
Guest will enjoy a cocktail reception, dinner and dancing while raising funds for a worthwhile cause. For local companies that wish to help, sponsorships are available from $7,500 to $50,000. Those under 40 are also invited to attend a Young Professionals after-party, which will feature dancing, drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
No doubt the gala will attract guests from all over the Hamilton and Stoney Creek area. Local printing companies often provide products like invitations, posters and flyers to help promote such events.
