Fall event set to return to Binbrook
The Binbrook Fall Fair is taking place over three days in September. It is a presentation of the city’s Agricultural Society.
The show has plenty to offer to people of all ages and tastes and this year activities include a demolition derby, a birds of prey show, a reptile show, musical entertainment, and midway rides. As well as this, farm animals will be on display allowing children to learn.
There will also be dozens of amateur contests where attendees can show off such things as plants and flowers, food dishes, knitting and crocheting projects, photographs, and dairy goats. In addition, aspiring singers can take part in Binbrook Idol and show off their vocal talents to the public.
Vendors will be on site selling such items as clothing, home accessories, food, jewelry, T-shirts and souvenirs. It will be an excellent opportunity for local companies and those who are self-employed to promote their businesses to the greater community.
The fair will likely attract visitors from all over the region, including those in nearby Stoney Creek. Local print companies have no doubt helping the organizers prepare for this popular annual event by providing services such as sign and banner printing.
The Binbrook Fall Fair will take place at the County Fair Grounds from September 13-15. Admission is $8 for adults or free for children aged 12 and under. A bracelet is available for $18 which allows unlimited midway rides. For more information about this year's fair, call 905-692-4313.
