As Stoney Creek welcomes another harvest season, it will be giving families a fun-filled day at Battlefield Park.
The park, along with its museum, will be providing fall-themed activities for its Battlefield Harvest Festival. Admission will be free of charge, but tickets are required for the kids’ area and breakfast.
The day will open with a pancake breakfast in the venue’s pavilion , and this is provided courtesy of the Stoney Creek Lions Club. After this, they can explore the various demonstrations, activities and treats that are in the works for the day. Free tours of Gage House and Battlefield Monument have been scheduled, but these will be weather dependent. Passes for the breakfast and kids’ activity area will be available for purchase on site. The children's area will offer games, crafts and a variety of prizes.
Fall is a popular time of the year for outdoor festivals, and Print shops will be able to supply a variety of services to their clientele planning these types of events. They may be used to create everything from market stall decor and photo booth backdrops to promotional materials like Flyers and Posters.
Stoney Creek will be opening fall with its Battlefield Harvest Festival on Wednesday, September 20th. Anyone who would like more information can visit the Hamilton Civic Museum’s website.
