Tullamarine welcomes popular rock band

A rock band known for playing the pub and club scene with covers of hits songs from multiple decades are taking to a stage in Tullamarine this year.

Tullamarine rock fans looking for a chance to dance into the small hours can join an event running in the city this winter. The increasingly popular George Trimmer Band (GTB) is appearing in the suburb and will bring their high energy show, which has earned a reputation for packing out dance floors. GTB will play a three-hour set on the night before a disc jockey takes over to keep the party going.

Band and DJ managers often work closely with specialist flyer printing services that can create engaging hand-to-hand advertising materials that spread word of local gigs and drive attendance.

Performing well-known songs from the 80s, 90s and noughties, the band have been playing together for decades. Amassing a substantial fanbase, they are often praised for their skilled vocal work which features four-part harmonies.

The George Trimmer Band will now play Pockets Tullamarine on Saturday, August 8. Admission to the gig is only available to those aged 18 and over and the venue is sited at 11/217 Mickleham Road in Tullamarine.

GTB are on stage between 9 pm and 12 am with the DJ set running until 3 am. There is a happy hour before the band performs with discounted prices for cocktails, spirits, beers and wine.
