Tullamarine music lovers to enjoy award-winning rock

A US band with Granny Award under its belt will be playing a winter gig at one of Melbourne’s biggest events venues.

Rock aficionados from Tullamarine will soon get a chance to see the wildly successful Greta Van Fleet live on stage. As part of their upcoming Starcatcher tour, the American rock act will be playing a major show at the Margaret Court Arena.

Larger live music venues like arenas and stadiums require signage of equal stature and sometimes look to experienced banner printing services for the solutions they require.

Formed back in 2012 in Michigan’s Frankenmuth, Greta van Fleet is led by Josh Kiszka on vocals with his twin Jake playing guitar, their brother Sam on the keyboard and bass, and Danny Wagner on the drums.

After being signed in 2017 to Lava Records, the band released an EP called “Black Smoke Rising” which boasted their powerhouse single “Highway Tune” which enjoyed meteoric success topping both Billboard’s Active Rock and Mainstream Rock Charts for four consecutive weeks.

The band’s performance in Melbourne is designed to showcase tracks from their third and latest studio album “Starcatcher” which was released in July last year.

Greta Van Fleet will be live on stage at Margaret Court Arena on Tuesday, August 27. The concert will start at 7.30 pm and ticket are priced at $99.90 per person. The venue is sited on Olympic Boulevard in Melbourne.
