An acclaimed Australian musician who excels in multiple music mediums is coming to Melbourne to play a pair of shows at one of the city’s most revered venues.
Music lovers from Tullamarine will now get two chances to see the talented G Flip in Melbourne, after two concert dates were announced. The singer, drummer, artist and producer will be performing at the Melbourne Forum in August and then again in September as part of the Drummer Australian Tour, which includes eight different dates in total.

Although he is now based in Los Angeles, California, G Flip is originally from Melbourne, making the upcoming performances hometown shows.
G Flip rose to fame in 2018 with the breakout hit single ‘About You’, released through an independent label called Future Classic. A volley of EPs and singles followed, including ‘Killing My Time’, ‘Drink Too Much’, ‘Be Your Man’, and ‘Hyperfine’, most of which featured lyrics reflecting themes of falling in love, rebellion and perseverance.
The artist’s studio album “About Us” has dominated Triple J Radio’s hot 100 and accumulated almost 200 million streams.
G Flip will be at the Forum Melbourne on Tuesday, August 29 and Saturday, September 2. The venue is located at 154 Flinders Street in Melbourne.
