iHarvest programme helps businesses succeed

Business development and innovation in Tullamarine and throughout the City of Brimbank have benefitted greatly from the introduction of the iHarvest Coworking Sunshine initiative, according to Mayor Georgina Papafotiou.

iHarvest, which was kicked off with a $100,000 contribution by LaunchVic, has been providing affordable and vibrant programmes and space for businesses, freelancers, entrepreneurs and start-ups for the past year as well as offering meet-ups, business mentoring and masterclasses.

In the past 12 months, iHarvest membership has been climbing at a steady rate with several founding members reaching a stage of employing extra team members or progressing to full time, rather than part-time status.

In addition to Brimbank co-workers, the programme has attracted people from the wider western areas of Melbourne and beyond. This outcome has accentuated its importance, according to the Mayor who added:
“Having a vibrant, professional and affordable co-working space like iHarvest not only encourages productivity - it also fosters collaboration, flexibility, connectedness and community.”

Printing services can help schemes and programmes attract a wider audience through flyer printing and Promotional Products.

Mayor Papafotiou said she was thrilled that start-ups and other businesses were able to fulfil their potential by being a part of the iHarvest programme and said the service was performing an important role within the Education and Business hub of Western Melbourne.
