Festival announced for Tullamarine area

There is no shortage of activities and entertainment in February, and residents from Tullamarine and the surrounding suburbs are in prime location to celebrate the return of the St Kilda Festival.

This free festival is a beloved summer tradition for the region, and offers a packed program of community activities, family entertainment and live music. The community supports established and emerging live music acts, which have been lighting up the St Kilda waterfront since 1980.

Festivals and large community events like this one may rely on local Print shops to bring the vision to life. With marketing designs and products to spread the word, plus Signs and displays to set the scene, the importance of high-quality printing is essential for the desired end result.

Last year attracted over 375,000 attendees of all ages, who came to enjoy the sea breeze, relaxed atmosphere and great tunes. The festival will continue with its two-day format, as this has proven to be a hit.

Day one will be a celebration focusing on ‘First People First’, while day two is the traditional big festival. Attendees should expect more than fifty bands and artists, food, market stalls, street performers and activities in O’Donnell Gardens.

The St Kilda Festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 17 and Sunday, 18 February, held on the Foreshore along Jacka Boulevard. Entry is free, and the event is for all ages.
