Upcoming workshop to boost Mulgrave businesses
Small businesses in Mulgrave will soon have the chance to come together for an informative session on branded marketing and technology hosted by the City of Monash.
This session focused on small business growth aims to help local business owners optimise their growth strategies and move towards sustainable expansion.
The workshop will be facilitated by expert speaker Susan Su, former business advisor for the Australian Entrepreneurs Programme. Su specialises in digital strategy scalable growth, customer journey optimisation and streamlining systems operations to help business owners approach growth with clarity.
The session will give attendees the chance to connect with other small business operators, share industry insight and experience and build new relationships. After an initial networking session, attendees will be introduced to the growth trifecta framework - a strategy designed to unite brand marketing and technology.
