A wellbeing centre in Mulgrave is holding a class that lets attendees strengthen and tone up their bodies this year.
Mulgrave residents keen to get in good physical shape this autumn can participate in this upcoming exercise experience. Joint-presented by Motor One and Clublime Mulgrave, the class is called “Mat Pilates” and is part of a series of health and wellness sessions designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles.
Health clubs and fitness centres sometimes use branded Letterheads featuring official logos when communicating with members and informing them of upcoming classes.
The Pilates class takes place in a built-for-purpose studio, providing an optimal environment for enhancing health and fitness. The class is led by a professional Pilates instructor, and those attending for the first time can touch base beforehand and inform them of personal injuries so that exercises can be modified to match individual needs.
Pilates is the creation of Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercise system while interned in a prison camp during World War I. The Pilates method is designed to enhance physical abilities by coordinating the mind and body during exercise.
The Mat Pilates class will now run at Clublime Mulgrave on Thursday, April 2. The session starts at 5 pm and ends at 5.45 pm, and the health club is situated at 1 Nexus Court in Mulgrave.
The class will be open for booking from Wednesday, March 25.Get a Free Quote for Letterheads
