Springvale area to celebrate hip-hop anniversary
A respected Melbourne music venue has been selected to present an anniversary show celebrating two decades of modern hip-hop music.
Fans of rap and hip-hop in Springvale and other suburbs of the coastal capital will not want to miss an upcoming show this winter, as June will see a local venue welcome “The 3: Twenty Anniversary Tour" to its stage.
Promoters of major tours often look to talented graphic design services to create engaging advertising materials that inspire audiences to attend their shows.
Modern hip-hop music experienced its formative era 20 years ago, when three of the biggest hitters in the genre released their iconic albums.
Now, these three artists: D12 (The Dirty Dozen); Xzibit (Alvin Nathaniel Joiner) and Obie Trice will be taking to the road together to celebrate this important two-decade milestone with a co-headline tour of Australia.
Those lucky enough to secure tickets for the show in Melbourne will get to hear tracks sourced from the three artists' masterpieces including Cheers by Obie Trice, D12 World by D12 and Man vs. Machine by Xzibit, which is still considered by many as an example of modern hip-hop’s gold standard.
The rap stars will also likely perform a selection of their best-known hits and crowd pleasers.
The 3: Twenty Anniversary Tour will now be live on stage at the Forum Melbourne on Sunday, June 23. The venue can be found on Flinders Street in Melbourne.
