Chance to promote business in Sutherland Shire

Entrepreneurs in Caringbah looking to give themselves a boost should consider registering for the Business Expo scheduled for later this year, which will showcase the best local firms and offer business advice.

The keynote speaker will be Australian entrepreneur Mark Bouris, chairman of finance company Yellow Brick Road. Bouris will speak during a lunch, which is included in the ticket price.

A workshop on digital marketing will also take place during the afternoon, led by Kelly Gaunt from Cronulla-based intouch Marketing.

During the session, which is limited to just 10 places, Gaunt will discuss how companies can use social media and email marketing to boost their business.

Following the lunch, the expo will be open to visitors, giving local businesses a chance to promote themselves within Sutherland Shire. Exhibitors will also be able to attend an evening cocktail networking session.

With plenty of local business leaders likely to be attending the event, professional business card printing is a necessity to create the right impression. Attendees might also like to think about bringing digital Business Cards to the expo.

Taking place at Kareela Golf and Social Club on Wednesday, September 3rd, general entry to the expo is free; however, there is a charge for lunch and the keynote speech. More information can be found on the official website at www.businessexpos.com.au
