Expectant mothers in Caringbah are being invited to attend a workshop coming to the suburb in February.
The one-day session will focus on the early days of parenthood and how to adjust to life with a newborn. It will be a comprehensive workshop covering a variety of topics, including early newborn care, breastfeeding, sleep and settling, postnatal recovery and adjusting to life as a parent.
The session is particularly designed for women preparing for an active birth, or for anyone seeking more information about newborn care. It will equip attendees with realistic expectations of parenthood, provide support for mental, emotional and relational wellbeing and direct parents to external supports available.
It is also best suited to those in the 28th to 36th weeks of their pregnancy.
Organisers of workshops and seminars like this one can use graphic design to enhance their advertising. Colourful, contemporary and vibrant graphics are a great way to liven up collateral and attract community interest.
The Meeting Baby 2026 session will take place on Saturday, 21 February. It will be held from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Auditorium in the Education Centre of Sutherland Hospital, 430 The Kingsway, Caringbah. Tickets are $110 and cover attendance for expectant mothers and a partner or support person. More information can be found on the dedicated event page via the TryBooking website.
