Designed to take cheese lovers’ knowledge to the next level, this event will help them to differentiate between goat’s cheese and Gruyere, as well as Comté and Camembert.
Attendees will sample six of the best cheeses from around the world, as well as six of Australia's finest cheeses. All 12 cheeses will be perfectly matched with a wide range of Australian wines, which include Riesling, sparkling, fortified, chardonnay and shiraz.
The event is joint hosted by Selectors’ Paul Diamond and general manager for Calendar Cheese, Peter Gross.
The Cheese and Wine Masterclass will take place at Fraser Suites Sydney on Saturday, August 26. The venue is situated at 488 Kent Street in Sydney and the event will start at 2:00 pm and end at 5:00 pm.
Tickets for the event are priced between $115 and $125.
