An in-depth course designed to equip front of house staff with the skillset they need will soon take place in Sydney.
Those seeking to become or improve their skills as a receptionist in Caringbah and other suburbs of Sydney will be able to enrol in an upcoming course in July. Presented by Paramount Training, the two-day course is simply titled “Receptionist Training” but is designed to offer a comprehensive learning experience covering every aspect of reception work to prepare candidates for their career.
Training companies that provide courses, classes and workshops often enlist reliable brochure printing services to produce engaging literature that encourages people to enrol and participate.
The receptionist training session will encompass a diverse range of personal skills including maintaining workplace communications, body language, greeting clients and how to build rapport with them in minutes. However, it will also teach technical abilities required for the role like professional telephone skills, answering machine methods, correct call screening practices and how to collect messages properly.
The course will also instruct receptionists on how to multi-task efficiently, control their emotions under pressure, manage the stress of their role and the best ways to handle irate customers who make complaints.
The receptionist training course will run from Tuesday, July 4 to Wednesday, July 5. It will be conducted at Level 1, 111 Harrington Street in Sydney.
