No matter how young or old a person may be, estate planning may be an important part of “adulting,” and a workshop offered to those who call Warwick home may make the process easier to complete.
The Warwick Center for the Arts will be the place to be this November for anyone who would like to get the inside scoop on estate planning There is no fee charged to attend, and financial support for the occasion has been provided by Saint Elizabeth Community.
The workshop will cover a variety of topics that may be helpful to those who want the peace of mind of knowing their affairs are in order. They will discuss ways that people can protect their assets, and make sure their children and other family members are supported.
The wise use of retirement funds is also on the agenda, and the benefits and drawbacks of remaining in one’s home versus moving to a residence for older adults will round out the conversations.
The public may appreciate the opportunity to learn something new, and a workshop makes it possible to do so in a fun and social setting. A brochure printing company will be able to put together packets of information to handout, so that the participants can continue to learn even after the function has drawn to a close.
This introduction to the importance of estate planning will begin at 5:30 pm on November 2nd. Advance registration is mandatory.
