This October, Harbor Lights Dining Events Golf Marina in Warwick will host its signature Glow Ball Golf event.
The event will offer an evening of illuminated fairways, food, and friendly competition.
Attendees will begin the evening with dinner at the Back 9 venue. The menu will feature classic American fare, including hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, BBQ chicken, potato and pasta salads, house-made chips, and cookies. Dinner will be served from 6 pm to 7 pm, providing a chance to socialize before tee-off.
As darkness falls around 7 pm, the course will be transformed with trees marked by glow stakes, greens, hazards, and holes. Each golf cart will include a glow item, and participants will receive two glow balls. Players are encouraged to bring additional glow equipment to enhance the spectacle. The scramble format will ensure teamwork as all participants tee off, select the best shot, and continue from that position until the ball is in a hole.
Following the play, competitors can enjoy drinks, late-night snacks, and prize announcements at Par and Tackle. Snacks include pizza, wings, and nachos. The first-place team will receive awards.
Tickets are available for twosomes at $215.26, including fees. In case of severe weather, a rain date is scheduled for October 17th.
Event organizers often use flyer printing and other promotional materials to reach the local community and encourage participation.
