Warwick will be getting the summer festival season off to a musical start by offering the public an outdoor concert experience.
Symphony in the Park is right around the corner, and the program will be performed by the Warwick Symphony Orchestra. Pawtuxet Park will be the location for the concert, which will culminate in a special aerial display.
The activity will see members of the public spread out a blanket or unfold their camp-style chair so they can sit back and relax, and they will be able to take in the carefully curated musical line-up. The evening will be capped off with a firework display set off in Salter’s Grove, but visible from a wide area. Attendees may bring their own food, although meals and snacks will also be available for purchase.
As summer approaches, communities all over the country will be welcoming residents and visitors for outdoor celebrations like this one. Print tasks, such as banner printing, can be performed by area Print shops, and they can accept orders online, in person or by phone depending on what suits the customer best.
This casual evening of music, food, friends, and fun will be on offer on Saturday, June 1. The program will begin at 5:00 pm, and the event has been made possible through the efforts of the Gaspee Days Committee.
