Caritas Smile is a not-for-profit organization that helps underprivileged children all over the world, and a gala fundraiser planned for Warwick this fall will ensure it has enough funding to continue its work.
This year’s Dress in White Masquerade Ball will give the public a chance to lend a hand to those in need in two ways. It will serve as a fundraiser and it will also collect donations of toys that will be distributed to children living in poverty. Tickets can be purchased individually, and table sponsorships are also available for any local businesses that would like to go that extra mile.
Guests at the function will be treated to an evening that will be filled with food, fun, and entertainment. There will be live performances of both music and song, and a fashion show will also be staged. A small business expo will showcase local companies, and both live and silent auctions will be held as well. Individual tickets are on offer for $60 for adults and $40 for students.
Anyone who brings along a new unwrapped toy will have their name entered into a special draw. Poster printing techniques can be used to create large sized visual materials that show the guests how their contributions will be used to help those in need, and can be prepared by a printer for this type of event.
The date for this year’s Dress in White Masquerade Ball & Toy Drive will be November 16. The Crowne Plaza Providence has been selected as the venue for the occasion.
