A party that has been planned for Warwick will seek to answer whether Glinda the Good Witch or The Wicked Witch of the West is the fan favorite, and the public has been asked to cast its vote.
Amenity Aid has asked the question, and during its ‘Wickedly Good Evening in Oz’ gala, guests will be able to give their answer by coming dressed in attire that shows their choice. Glinda supporters are asked to wear pink, while those who choose the more wicked side are asked to dress in their best shades of green.
The organizers hope that the evening will be fun for all, and both men and women are invited to dress for the occasion. Entertainment will be on hand, and guests can enjoy a variety of baked treats provided by PVD donuts, as well as Superior bakery and several other local sources. Nonalcoholic beverages will be served, and two raffles have also been planned.
The funds raised through this evening will be donated to Amenity Aid, which provides toiletries and other essential items to those in need. Guests are also asked to bring along a full-sized personal care product. Stationery printers can help to make sure an event like this is well attended by supplying Invitations and other materials.
This fun-filled event has been planned for May 19 in Hampton Inn and Suites Providence/Warwick Airport. Tickets start at $30 each.
