Each year, seafood fans flock to the Warwick area to feast on fresh catches, and this annual celebration will be making its return this fall.
First held in 2011, the Rhode Island Seafood Festival will once again be taking over Providence’s India Point Park. Both advance and at-the-gate ticket options are on offer, and these include admission as well as live entertainment. Any food purchased must be paid for separately.
The foodies at the festival will be able to choose their favorites from the assorted eatery Menus, and there will be options for seafood fans and landlubbers alike. Several live bands will take to the stage across the two dates available. The festivities will kick off before noon on both days so that everyone can enjoy lunch, and it will remain open until the evening hours.
To help make the celebration even bigger and better than before, the organizers may still be accepting applications from interested food service vendors and other small businesses. Business Cards may be useful marketing tools for an activity, and can be obtained by contacting an area printer.
This showcase of the state's seafood sector will be serving up lots of fun on the September 10 and 11 weekend. The gates will open at 11:00 am on both days, and all ages can enjoy the fun.
