A popular Warwick area event is scheduled to return this summer, tempting foodies from across the region.
Food Truck Fridays will be back for its 5th season, and it will feature some of the state’s top food trucks serving up their signature dishes.
This free event will see 15 food trucks rolling in to Roger WIlliams Park Carousel Village for the evening, which will kick off at 5:00 pm. It will be a family friendly affair, with lots of fun to keep the little ones occupied while the adults in the crowd relax after a busy work week. Having their truck in top form for an occasion like this can help a mobile food service vendor to catch the eye of the crowd, and a printing services provider can supply vehicle wraps and other marketing.
Along with the food, the occasion will offer live music, and Trinity Brewhouse will be supplying the beer. There will be rides for the kids including bounce houses, a train, and even a friendly live camel, and tickets for these can be purchased separately.
The organizers explained that as there are only a limited number of picnic tables, those who are planning on attending should bring along a folding chair or blanket to sit on. Those who purchase a VIP pass will receive reserved seating for as many as eight, as well as ride and drink tickets.
Food Truck Fridays will be held at Roger WIlliams Park Carousel Village throughout the spring and summer. Additional information, including a list of the participating vendors, can be found on its website.
