Warwick evening to help local kids

Kids in need will be the beneficiaries of the funds raised during an Warwick evening that will aid Project Underwear in its work.

The not-for-profit group, which supplies families with staples such as socks, diapers, wipes, and underwear, has organized a special event for this June. The VIP guest for the occasion will be Bekah Berger, who is a morning co-host on 92PRO FM, and tickets are $50 each.

Guests at the soiree will be treated to a complimentary drink, as well as live music courtesy of Dave Perolman. Both live and silent auctions for a variety of donated Corporate Gifts will take place, and there will also be experiences up for bids. The venue for the party is accessible to those who require a mobility device.

Light bites will be on the menu. The suggested attire is business casual or dressy, with guests asked not to wear jeans.

When people attend a fundraiser or donate to a cause, they may appreciate knowing how their contribution will make a difference. Booklets that provide this information as well as other details can be prepared for a function by Stationery printers.

This chance to enjoy a night out on the town while helping to keep kids clean and clothed will be held on Thursday, June 13. It will be kicking off at 6:00 pm at 400 Knight Street in Warwick.
