Warwick concert to raise funds for local food banks

A special event has been planned for Warwick to give those who participate a chance to help those less fortunate and have fun doing so.

The Ocean State Theater Company has organized its Sing Away Hunger concert in support of Rohde Island Community Food Banks. The whole family is invited to come out and enjoy performances by Keith Munslow and Bill Harley, who will be taking to the stage with their friends for an afternoon of songs, storytelling and other fun. This will be an interactive event, and audience participation will be welcomed.

The annual show, brought to the stage courtesy of MetLife auto and home insurance with Jordan’s Furniture as a community outreach partner, is geared towards children but includes something for people of all ages. It combines comedy, singing, music and much more. Flyers can be used to promote an event like this throughout the area to raise awareness and ensure success.

The concert has been planned for February 4th at 11:00 am. Tickets for all seats are priced at $10.00 each, and they can be purchased either online or in person at the theater’s box office. Further details about the event and the performers who will be taking part are available on the Ocean State Theater Company’s website.
