Harbor Lights invites guests to usher in the new year with music, dining, and a lively celebration.
The event is open to attendees aged 21 and over and promises an unforgettable experience overlooking the bay. It will be headlined by Amber Rose and the Renegades, a live band whose performance will keep guests on the dancefloor.
The dining aspect of the event will begin with beef tenderloin wrapped in phyllo, bacon-covered scallops, and spinach ricotta arancini. Guests will then be served a three-course dinner that includes a cavatappi pink vodka pasta and Caprese salad, proceeded by a choice of entrées such as filet mignon, lobster imperial stuffed in a yellowtail sole, or vegetarian risotto. A medley of seasonal vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes will also be on the menu. Dessert options will include caramel chocolate bread pudding and zabaglione with fresh fruit.
As midnight approaches, guests will toast the arrival of 2025 with a glass of champagne. Late-night food will include French fries and cheeseburger sliders.
