This December, Dirigo will host a two-day Leadership Challenge Workshop in Warwick.
The event is designed to enhance participants' leadership abilities on all professional levels. Instructed by Tim Hebert, an expert in leadership growth, this workshop promises a unique, interactive experience that combines core principles with practical activities.
Participants will engage in collaborative sessions, team activities, and skill-building exercises intended to strengthen their leadership practices in tangible ways. Each day includes structured sessions on fundamental leadership topics, emphasizing authentic communication, team management, and values-based decision-making.
This two-day workshop offers lunch and breakfast. Attendees are urged to dress comfortably and prepare for an active learning environment. Participants will get a digital certification of completion to enhance their credentials and showcase their dedication to leadership growth.
The cost to attend is $435, taxes and fees included. Interested participants can purchase tickets through the Eventbrite listing. Refunds may be requested up to 14 days before the event date. However, participants should note that the fees charged by Eventbrite are non-refundable.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday, December 4 and Thursday, December 5 from 8:30 am to 5 pm at OSHEAN Inc, 301 Metro Center Blvd, Warwick. Doors will open at 8:15 am on both mornings.
