Two-day leadership workshop set for Warwick
Dirigo is hosting a two-day Leadership Challenge Workshop this December.
The workshop incorporates interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises. Day one introduces the foundations of leadership, focusing on defining principles, setting examples, and inspiring shared vision. Attendees will participate in collaborative activities such as team challenges and case study discussions. Day two builds on those concepts with advanced sessions on intentional leadership, problem-solving, and empowering others.
Exercises include simulations and group strategy building. The program will close with reflections, a summary of practices, and the distribution of digital completion certificates.
Meals are included, with light breakfast items in the morning and boxed lunches during the midday break. Individuals are advised to wear casual attire suitable for movement, as several activities involve hands-on engagement. All materials are provided, including a workbook for notes and exercises. The course is open to professionals of all levels.
Tickets for OSHEAN, RI Lit, and CPNRI members are priced at $360. A limited two-for-one offer is available for $180, allowing members to bring a guest at no additional cost. Registration closes on December 10th.
Organizers often turn to flyer printing to boost visibility and community awareness for programs such as this, helping participants connect through word-of-mouth and local outreach.
