It's almost tulip time for Warwick, and a local flower grower will be opening the farm gates for those who would like to pick their brown bouquet.
The Wicked Tulips venue has invited one and all to pick their own tulips, and those who do will go home with a fresh bouquet they have picked themselves. There will be at least 100 cultivars grown at the site, and everyone can snap lots of photos while they stroll through the beds.
Those who would like to pay a visit to the venue are reminded that they will need to book their time in advance. Each adult ticket includes ten tulips, and there are also passes for children and teens. A seasonal pass is available, and the farm can be found at 400 Hog House Hill Road in Exeter. The ticket holders can bring along a blanket to spread out while they enjoy the lunch or snack they have brought along with them.
Venues offering seasonal activities may find it helpful to reach out to a local poster printing company. They can supply an assortment of materials that build the buzz about an activity, and these can be ordered at a variety of price points.
The crew at Wicked Tulips will be kicking off the spring floral season on April 1st. It will be open each day from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
