In Warwick, aficionados of remote controlled machines, and drones in particular, will now have a place to buy them and meet other people who share their interest.
Cloud City Drones has opened its doors to the public. According to owner Chris Williams, business has been brisk, and he was receiving orders even before the store’s opening day. He reports that his customers include teachers and police officers.
Many of the drones cost less than $1,000, are relatively simple to fly, and can be used to take both pictures and video recordings. According to its website, beyond helping to select the right piece of equipment for each customer, part of Cloud City’s is training and education in how to use drones safely and in accordance with laws relating to their use. To this end, it hosts flying parties and get-togethers for the pilots of these small, unmanned aircraft. A business card printing firm will be able to produce Business Cards for the new store, and if they have a QR code, customers will be easily able to connect with their website and social media.
There are a number of laws in place about where these pieces of flying equipment can be used. They are not allowed to be flown near to airports, and they cannot go higher than 400 feet.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
